View the Percent Promise Complete percentages across all project roles

How To Run a PPC by Role Report:

  1. Click on Reports tab on the left side of the Plan View.

  2. Select PPC Report from the Report type dropdown.

  3. Select PPC by Role from the PPC format dropdown.

  4. Add any additional filters for the time period, roles, plans, or locations.

  5. Click Run Report and Open Report.

Determine what is impacting the team's Percent Promise Complete (PPC) across all roles in a project. Identify the team's pain points and then use the PPC Variance by Role report to dig into the root cause of why work is being shifted on site.

Note: PPC is calculated by the number of promises met over the number of promises made. This report will not show any data past the current date.
