Customize Variance Reasons on a project to track and monitor when tickets are replanned or completed early or late.
How to add or edit Variance Reasons in a project:
Click Settings on the left-hand side of the plan view.
Select Variance Reasons and click Add a New Reason.
Enter the Variance Reason details and click save when done.
To edit the Variance Reason click any variance and edit the details, clicking save when done.
Note: Only Admin Users can edit Variance Reasons. Be sure to add and edit all variance reasons at the start of your project to ensure that the data is accurate and consistent throughout the project.
