When a plan is locked, participants can only view tickets and update the status of their tickets. Only Admins can lock or unlock a plan.
To lock a plan, click on the Plan Actions menu (in the top right-hand corner of your plan)
Select Lock Plan.
A gray padlock will appear in the background in the center of the plan, indicating that the plan is locked.
To unlock a plan, click on the Plan Actions menu (in the top right-hand corner of your plan)
Select Unlock Plan.
