How to set a plan to read-only mode by locking it

When a plan is locked, participants can only view tickets and update the status of their tickets. Only Admins can lock or unlock a plan.

  1. To lock a plan, click on the Plan Actions menu (in the top right-hand corner of your plan)

  2. Select Lock Plan.

  3. A gray padlock will appear in the background in the center of the plan, indicating that the plan is locked.

  1. To unlock a plan, click on the Plan Actions menu (in the top right-hand corner of your plan)

  2. Select Unlock Plan.
