How to add and delete new phase plans, as well as edit, copy, and lock existing plans.
To add a new phase plan to your project, select the "+ Plan" option above the list of current phase plans
To edit, lock, or a copy a plan, click on the three dots next to the right of the plan name.
To delete a plan, click on the three dots to the right of the plan name, select Edit, and then Delete.
