Use Rally Point codes to expedite signing up a group of users during a live meeting.
How to use Rally Point:
Admin users select Rally Point under Settings in the plan view.
Select Generate an Access Code to produce a 6-digit code.
New users will select the Rally Point dropdown from their project view and enter the 6-digit code.
Once the code is entered, users will appear under Awaiting Roles. An Admin user will need to assign them a role to grant permanent access to the project.
Note: Only Admin Users are able to generate Rally Point Access Codes
