Overdue Activity report shows all promised activities that need to be progressed. Any tickets with a black pin and need a status update will show up in this report.

To create an Overdue Activity report:
Click on the Reports tab in the left side of the Plan View
Select Overdue Activity from the Report type dropdown
Select the desired fields/filters
Click Run Report and then Open Report
