Welcome to TouchplanGO — Touchplan’s web-based mobile app that allows anyone to take their project anywhere, any time. Use the app to view and update tickets, chat with support, and more while working collaboratively with other teams on site.

TouchplanGO Basics

View Tickets

Quickly view a specific role’s tickets across projects and plans using the different filter options below:

  1. To Do: All pinned tickets that still need to be completed.

  2. Completed: All tickets that have been completed on time, early, or late.

  3. All Plans: All tickets within all Phase Plans in a project.

  4. Specific Plans: All tickets within a selected Phase Plan.

Update Tickets

Seamlessly update tickets in Touchplan by allowing users to revise their work plan while out in the field. Any tickets that are updated in TouchplanGO will be updated in the web app in real-time.

Update a ticket as Complete as Planned (On Time): Swipe the ticket to the right and select ‘Complete as Planned.’

Update a ticket as Complete with Changes (Early or Late): Swipe the ticket to the left and click on the complete with changes button. Adjust the end date to reflect the tasks' actual finish date. Select a variance reason and click save when done.

Support

Select the Support tab at the bottom of the side menu to access all the same support we offer on the web app. Use our Live Chat function to get direct access to a Customer Success team member.
