Pin History allows users to view any changes made to a specific task or across an entire plan.
View Pin History across an entire plan:
1. Click Plan Actions on the top right of the screen.
2. Select Show Pin History from the dropdown to display the Pin History on all tickets in the plan
To view Pin History on a specific ticket:
Click on a pinned ticket in the plan.
Click the large pin icon on the top right of the edit window to view a list of previous pinned dates and variance reasons on the ticket.
