What are Dashboard Insights?

Dashboard Insights is a feature in Touchplan used to monitor project health. By filtering data based on PPC, teams can identify pain points or where project teams are working effectively.

What is PPC and how do I track it?

PPC, or Percent Plan Complete, is a percentage of how many promises were made divided by the total promises met. It is used to determine how predictable and reliable the plan is, and can be tracked throughout the various features of Dashboard Insights.

What is a typically "good" PPC number?

The goal to strive for regarding PPC is between 60-90%. The higher the percentage the better a project is doing because promises are being met. However, anything higher than 90% typically indicates an unrealistic number, as PPC is used as a way to track and improve scheduling rather than a numerical goal to achieve.

Where are my pain points found in Insights?

Pain points can be found in 'Health by Phase Plan' with any red markings.

How do I find active users of the project?

The Project Team Activity and Top Performers tiles show which users have been active within the project and completing tasks.
