All you need to know about Touchplan Mobile!

Touchplan mobile lets you take your project plan anywhere, any time. You can view and update tickets, add photos, and more while working collaboratively with other teams on site.

Head to m.touchplan.io on your phone’s internet browser to start.

Touchplan Mobile Basics

Log In

Log in to Touchplan mobile with the same email address and password you use for Touchplan on the web.

Choose your Project

Scroll through the project list to find the project you need, then tap to see that project’s plan list. The most recent project you viewed will always be at the top of the list.

Choose your Plan

Your project’s plans appear in alphabetical order. Scroll or search to find the one you need, then tap a row to see the plan’s ticket list.

View Tickets

By default, the ticket list shows all tickets on your plan. Tap the filter icon to the right of the plan name to customize your view.

  • Sort by - List tickets by their Start or End date

  • Status - List tickets that are:

    • To Do - Planned but not completed.

    • Completed - Completed (on time, early, or late)

    • All Statuses - To Do or Completed

  • Roles - List tickets assigned to any single role or to:

    • All Roles - All planned tickets

    • My Roles - All tickets assigned to one of your roles in the plan

Update Tickets

Your ticket updates from Touchplan mobile can be seen in the web app in real-time.

Update a ticket as Complete as Planned (On Time):

  1. Tap a ticket

  2. Tap Update Status button at bottom-left

  3. Tap Save

Update a ticket as Complete with Changes (Early or Late):

  1. Tap a ticket

  2. Tap Update Status button at bottom-left

  3. Choose the correct dates, workdays, and crew size

  4. Choose a Variance Reason and enter comments

  5. Tap Save
