To import tickets into Touchplan:
Click on the three-dot button in the Phase Plan List
Select Import Tickets
Select Download Blank Sample
Open the blank template
In the ticket import file, enter the ticket information in the required format
6. Select File and Save
7. Click Import Tickets
8. Select the import ticket file and click Open
The tickets will be imported into the project and placed in a new phase plan.
Note: All required fields in the import template must be completed for the tickets to import correctly.
