The Task Quick View Dashboard allows teams to monitor and manage the current and upcoming weeks of work across a project or group of projects.

Use the Plan for Current Week, Plan for Next Week, and Plan for Next 3 Months to understand the upcoming project schedule across multiple projects. Drill down into this data using the filter options along the top of the dashboard including filter by Project, Role and Location.

The Overdue Activities (Tasks and Milestones) allows teams to view past milestone and task tickets from the past that have not been updated as completed in the plan yet.

To download the dashboard tile data out of Touchplan select the three dot button in the top right of the tile and select Download Data. Choose the file type from the drop down menu and select Download.
