With your closing date on the horizon, you need to know what to expect. Fortunately, it's simple. 

Every one signing needs two forms of identification, driver's license, passport, social security card. Anything that proves you're you.

Next, make sure the funds are available either by wire transfer or cashier's check. 

You'll then conduct a final walkthrough with your realtor. 

Finally, you'll meet with a Touchstone Attorney to discuss your closing package. Ask questions, clarify anything you're unsure about.
