How to change the contracting period of a template

TourConnect will only allow you to change the seasons in a contract or template as long as it falls within the set contracting period of that template or contract. 

For instance, if you've sent a contract for 2019-2020, where the rates are not changing for 2020-2021, you cannot simply change the dates in that template (as it's outside of the set contracting period of 1 April 2019 - 31 March 2020), but you can save it as another copy and change the contracting period by following the steps below.

1. Click on Rates & Contracts, then Rate Templates from the drop down menu

2. Click on the title of the template that you'd like to update the contracting period for

3. Click on "Save As"

4. Enter a new template name and select your contracting period and click Save

5. Once your new template has been created, you can click on GO TO NEW TEMPLATE to update and finalise the template
