If the automated messages are not being sent from the application to Booking.com, you will need to add Tourmie’s email to the list of approved email addresses. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on the extranet.

  2. From the main menu, go to Property > Messaging Preferences > Security Settings, and complete the verification if needed.

  3. On the Security Settings page, go to the Your email addresses section and click the Add email address button.

  4. Add the following email: users@tourmie.com
