Troubleshooting Missing Team on Leaderboard or Scorecard

This feature is available for the following products:

If there is a team missing on the leaderboard, printed scorecards, or any other printed material, try the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Make sure the players on the team are in the pairings: Go to Rounds > Edit Existing Pairings.

  2. If using divisions, make sure the players are in the correct division: Go to Manage Divisions/Flights/Teams. Click "Edit Membership" for the division that the players should be in. If the players are not included in the division, click on their name to include them, then save the changes.

  3. If using team lists, make sure the team is created and the players are listed on the team: Go to Divisions/Flights/Teams > Manage Team Lists > Manage Teams. If the team is not created yet, click "Add New Team" and add the players. If the team has been created, click "Edit Membership" for the team and make sure the players are included on the team.

  4. Make sure the round is synced: If there are multiple rounds in the event/league, you may need to sync the Divisions/Flights/Teams. Go to Rounds > Round Divisions/Flights/Teams > Sync All Divisions/Flights/Teams. If there is no option to sync, then the round is already correctly synced. Click Here for details.

  5. If the team's scorecard is not being printed, make sure the team's pairing group is selected to print: Go to Rounds > Print Scorecards > Pairing Group tab. Make sure the team's pairing group is selected to print.
