Q: How can I contact the support team?

A: To contact the support team, follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to your Golf Genius Tournament Management Account. To log in, Click Here.

  2. Click on the orange HELP button on the right.

  3. Take a moment to search the knowledge base for the information you need. The knowledge base is an extensive resource, and a search with a few keywords might allow you to get the assistance you need quickly (as shown below).

  4. If you can't find what you are looking for in the knowledge base, click the Message button.

  5. Click Send us a message.

  6. Enter your message.

  7. Attach a file (e.g., a screenshot, image, spreadsheet, etc.) if necessary.

  8. Click the orange up arrow, and you will be connected with support shortly.

A conversation will be initiated once a support representative replies to your message. You do not need to keep the HELP widget open while waiting for a response.
