Why can't I add a round?

Q: I am trying to add a round and the date is greyed out. What am I doing wrong?

A: Rounds can only be created within one calendar year of the date the event or league was created. For example, if you created a league on March 15th, 2016, then you will not be able to add any rounds to that league after March 15th, 2017. At that point you will need to create a new league (new season) which can only be done by customer managers.

You also cannot create new rounds from a previous date. However, if necessary, you can create a new round with a future date, go to Rounds > Round Profile and change to a previous date.
