If you use GGGolf for tee time management, you can import a tee sheet from one of your events or leagues into your daily GGGolf tee sheet. When doing this, the players and their tee times will populate into your GGGolf tee sheet.
In this article, we will discuss how to push pairings from one of your events or leagues into your GGGolf tee sheet.
Importing a Tee Sheet into GGGolf:
To import a tee sheet from one of your events or leagues into GGGolf, follow these instructions:
Contact support to have this feature enabled.
Create your pairings and set up your tee sheet for a round in one of your events or leagues.
Within the GGGolf tee sheet (Tee Time Maintenance), select all tee times that will be used for the event and select “Import Tournament Roster from Golf Genius” under the Tournament tab (as shown below).
For any players already assigned a tee time in this tee sheet, we can transfer to correct tee time and pairings by selecting all groups, right clicking and choosing “Assign teams to tee times according to course/time/hole in team” option (as shown below).
After selecting Import Tournament Roster from GGS (Step 3 above), we can select the corresponding tournament that is created in GGS and choose the option “Download Players” (as shown below).
