If you use Golf Manager for tee sheet management, you can pull a tee sheet from Golf Manager into a tee sheet within a round of a league/event in our system.
In this article, we will discuss how to set up and use this integration.
Pulling Pairings from Golf Manager:
To pull pairings from a Golf Manager tee sheet, follow these instructions:
Contact our support team to enable the integration (if it has not yet been enabled).
Set up the integration (if it has not been set up yet).
Go to the event or league where you'd like to import or setup a new event.
Go to Calendar > Link Rounds to Golf Manager.
The rounds within the event/league will be listed (as shown below). On the right, link each round with the appropriate Golf Manager event. If there is no event in Golf Manager on the date of the round, there will be nothing to select.
Click "Save" after the desired rounds are linked.
Go to Rounds > Pull Pairings from Golf Manager for the round where you'd like to import the pairings.
Click "Import" to import the tee sheet from Golf Manager. If there were already pairings in the round, they would be overwritten with the new pairings in the import.
The tee sheet will then be imported with the tee times. The imported players will also be placed in the event/league roster and marked as "Confirmed" in the round roster. You can also enable/disable daily sync from the Rounds Menu.
To finalize the tee sheet in our system, you will have to set the Course/Tee by going to Rounds > Edit Existing Pairings.
To see the importing activity for a specific event/league, go to the Activity Log for that event/league.
