Q: We would like to allow players to send messages to the manager when using round signups. How can I allow players to message the event/league manager?
A: When using Round Signups, you can allow your players to send a message after responding to the signup invitation. For more details on seeing notes to managers, Click Here.
Enable/Disable Notes to Managers:
If you would like to turn messages to managers on/off, follow these directions:
Go to League > League Profile > Round & Scheduling.
In the section "Round Signups," there is an option, "Allow players to send message to the manager when signup up on the portal" (as shown below). Set this option to yes/no as needed.
Enable/Disable Notes to Managers for Specific Rounds:
If you would like to turn messages to managers on/off for a specific round, follow these directions:
Go to Rounds > Round Profile > Round & Scheduling.
In the section "Round Signups," there is an option, "Allow players to send message to the manager when signup up on the portal" (as shown below). Set this option to yes/no as needed.
Click "Save" to apply the settings.
