Troubleshooting Missing Player on Leaderboard or Scorecard

If there is a player missing on the leaderboard, printed scorecards, or any other printed material, try the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Make sure the player is in the pairings: Go to Rounds > Edit Existing Pairings and make sure the player is listed in the pairings for the round.

  2. If using divisions, make sure the player is in a division: Go to Divisions/Flights/Teams. Click "Edit Membership" for the division that the player should be in. If the player is not included in the division, click on their name to include them, then save the changes.

  3. If using teams, make sure the player is on a team: Go to Divisions/Flights/Teams > Manage Team Lists > Manage Teams. Is the player included in any of the teams? If not, click "Edit Membership" for the team that the player needs to be in and add him/her to the team.

  4. Make sure the round is synced: If there are multiple rounds in the event/league, you may need to sync the Divisions/Flights/Teams. Go to Rounds > Round Divisions/Flights/Teams > Sync All Divisions/Flights/Teams. If there is no option to sync, then the round is already correctly synced. Click Here for details.

  5. Make sure the player's pairing group is selected to print: Go to Rounds > Print Scorecards > Pairing Group tab. Make sure the player's pairing group is selected to print.
