Round Robin Schedule Page on the Portal

Updated over 4 months ago

This feature is available for the following products:

If you've created a Round Robin Schedule for your invitational or league, this page will be useful to display on your portal.

It will show the matches throughout the entire schedule and all the information that is needed. You can also print the schedule on the top right. Further, you can filter by flight or highlight specific players in the schedule (as shown below).

Configuring The Round Robin Schedule Page:

There are several options when configuring your Round Robin Tee Sheet (as shown below).

The available options are split into two sections: Field and Pairings. Note: The Field Section is only displayed for team round-robin tournaments.

Field Section (Team Round Robins Only):

  • Player Handicap Index: Display individual Player Handicap Index in separate columns.

  • Combined Handicap Index: Show the Combined Handicap Index for each team.

  • Include Custom Field: Select a custom field (e.g., Affiliation) to display additional player information. When this option is enabled, you can select the custom field from the drop-down menu.

Pairings Section:

  • Playing Handicaps: Include playing handicaps for each round, displayed in parentheses next to the player's name. When the Playing Handicaps option is selected, if only one tournament is available, it is automatically checked. If more than one tournament is available, we will automatically check the first tournament in the list. The Playing Handicap will be displayed in parentheses next to the golfer's name in the Pairings section. Note: The option to include Playing Handicaps will be available only if a Net tournament is created in a round using the Round Robin Schedule.

  • Tee Abbreviations: Display tee abbreviations for each golfer in the pairings section. The abbreviations are shown in parentheses next to each golfer's name in the pairing section.

  • Course Name: Include the course name for each round in the round table header.

    • Most Common Tee: Display the most commonly used tee in the header. This will display the most commonly used tee next to the course name.

Note: All configuration options are checked by default for your convenience. Uncheck any box to exclude the corresponding information from the report.
