The Photo Stream is the photo gallery for a portal (as shown below). Any photos uploaded via the mobile app or on the manager site can be viewed on this page.
Creating and managing your albums can be done on the Manager Site by going to Event/League > Photo Gallery.
To select what albums are to be shown on this portal page, go to the portal then "edit" the page. You can then select which albums should be viewed. See the sequence below. We are making the images from the "Mobile Uploads" album visible for this portal page.
Also note that you can turn the Photo Stream page into a Slide Show, which is a nice touch displaying on a TV.
