Adding an external link as a portal page is very easy. When adding a new page under a section within the portal, select External Link.
Paste in the external link URL, name the page, then save. Whenever that page is selected on the portal, the viewer will be directed to a new page to that URL. In the example above, we are adding a "Rules of Golf" page under the Home Section of this portal that directs the viewer to the official USGA rules page.
