Q: I'd like to show the weather forecast on one of my event portals. Is this possible?
β
A: To do this, we suggest embedding a weather widget. Most online weather forecasting sites provide embedding code to display a weather widget. Go to the forecasting website you prefer and find the option to add a weather widget. Copy the embedding code.
We suggested adding the widget as "Custom HTML Code" to the header or body of your portal. This way, it shows up on all your portal pages. To apply custom HTML to the entire portal, follow these instructions:
Hover over any section
Select "General Portal Settings"
Select "Enable Custom HTML Content"
You can add the HTML code to (as shown below):
Header Content: This code will be displayed near the top of the page below the sections.
Body Content: This code will be displayed in the body of the content with two placement options:
Top: This code will be displayed near the top of the page below the sections and any HTML code entered into the Header Content.
Bottom: This code will be displayed at the bottom of the page below all content.
Save the changes
If you cannot find the option to get a weather widget, here are several options for you to use based on the location you are placing the widget and your preferred style:

Header Only:
Note: This is a small collection of available weather widgets; not all widgets will work in the "Body Content." Use Google search to find more widgets.
