Report Header Library

Updated over 4 months ago

A report header is an image that can be added to your reports. The report headers allow you to create a header image outside of Golf Genius and apply it to reports in the Report Center, so fewer adjustments are required when using the same report header across multiple reports.

In this article, we will discuss how to add report headers to the library and file specifications for uploaded report headers.

Add Report Headers:

To add report headers, follow these directions:

  1. Go to Round > Report Center > Report Header (as shown below).

  2. Click "Choose File" in the popup, and navigate to the image you wish to upload.

  3. Click on the file and press open. Note: The File name will be applied as the image name.

  4. To complete the upload process, click "Upload Banner."

  5. Click "Save."

Note: If this is the first image you have uploaded, it will be assigned as your primary header. You can select an alternative header as the primary header. As new headers are loaded, change the primary header within an event/league under Round > Report Center > Report Header. If this is not your first header, you can mark it as the "Primary Header" if you wish to make it the default header for all reports within the event/league.

Header File Specifications:

When creating the header, the file types must be either: jpg, jpeg, gif (static image), or png. For best display quality, make sure the image size is 980 pixels wide and at most 250 pixels tall with a max file size of 6 MB.
