Printing Tee Sheets

Updated over 4 months ago

There are various types of tee sheets that can be printed. In this article, we will detail the following:

  • Standard Single Round - Quick and easy way to print a single round tee sheet.

  • Single Round Alpha/Combined - Condense version. Great for fitting everyone on one page.

  • Single Round in Excel Format - Export to Excel to further customize, if needed.

  • Single Round Pro Tip Sheet - Simple tee sheet that includes GGIDs.

  • Round Robin Tee Sheet - Typically used for Member-Guest Invitationals.

  • Customized Tee Sheet using Report Composer - Extensive customization to create multi-round or single round tee sheets.

Standard Single Round:

We offer a standard single round tee sheet that can quickly be printed. Go to Rounds > Report Center > Basic Reports > Tee Sheet > Configure (as shown below).

There are various options on displaying Course Handicaps/Handicap Indexes, Custom Fields next to player names, page orientation, font size (smaller the font, the more tee times you can fit on the page), and an optional message (as shown below).

Note: All tee abbreviations will be shown in this report. IF there are missing tee abbreviations, please add them into the Course Details for the course being used.

Single Round Alpha/Combined:

This is a condensed version of the tee sheet that is great if you would like to include details on as few pages as possible (great for outside staff). The tee sheet will show at the top of the page, and the alpha list will also be included at the bottom of the same page (as shown below).

Note: All tee abbreviations will be shown in this report. IF there are missing tee abbreviations, please add them into the Course Details for the course being used.

Go to Rounds > Report Center > Basic Reports > Alpha List & Tee Sheet > Configure. There are various formatting options included in three tabs; General Settings, Tee Sheet Settings, Alpha Settings.

Single Round in Excel Format:

You can also download a single round tee sheet onto excel. This will allow you to customize (if desired) a tee sheet from there. Go to Rounds > Report Center > Basic Spreadsheets > Tee Sheet > Print.

Select to include the Handicap Indexes and/or Playing Handicaps as well as any custom field that you'd like included with each player. See example below.

Single Round Pro Tip Sheet:

Simple tee sheet displaying start time and GGID for each pairing group. This is beneficial for events where the mobile app is used. If a foursome forgets or loses their GGID, it can be quickly retrieved on this tee sheet.

Go to Rounds > Report Center > Basic Reports > Pro Trip Sheet > Print. See the example below.

Round Robin Tee Sheet:

This tee sheet is typically used for Member-Guest Invitationals. It is an attractive and organized multi-round tee sheet that lists teams, team information, tee times/starting holes, and matches. Each page is organized by flight. Go to Event > Round Robin Schedule > Print Tee Sheet. See the example below.

Customized Tee Sheet using the Report Composer:

The Report Composer gives you extensive customization for multi-round and single round tee sheets. If none of the tee sheets above are what you are looking for, try creating the tee sheet in the Report Composer. Go to Rounds > Report Center > New Document > New Report. Click Here for details.
