In the sequence below, we move the starting hole assignments from the first two pairing groups (starting holes #1 and #2) to the last two pairing groups on the tee sheet.

Assign Waves:

Other Options:

  • Display Additional Information: It is sometimes helpful to display additional information next to each player's name while editing pairings. Some of the other options include, but are not limited to:

    • Handicap Index

    • Team

    • Division

    • Tee

    • Team Id

    • Tournament Results

    • Custom Fields

To do this, click "Additional Information," select the information to be displayed, and click "Save" (as shown below).

  • Show GGIDs or Total Index: You can display each pairing group's GGID or total Handicap Index while editing the pairings. Click "GGIDs" or "Total Index" (as shown below) to view the information.

  • Sort Pairings by: There may be cases where you are swapping hole assignments for pairing groups or manually entering starting holes and times. When doing this, the tee sheet will no longer be ordered properly. When the tee sheet is no longer ordered properly (by starting hole or starting time), click "Sort Pairings by" and select the sort method to re-sort the pairings on the tee sheet (as shown below).

You will be provided with multiple sort options:

    • Course, tee time, hole

    • Course, hole, tee time

    • Course priority, AM/PM, hole (Note: To enable this option, contact support)

    • Move TBDs at the end (Note: Bracket tournaments only)

    • Move TBDs at the end and reverse (Note: Bracket tournaments only)

  • Show Pairings Tool: Available only for leagues, this pairings tool will show how many times players have played together so far in the league (as shown below).

When moving players on the tee sheet while the pairing tool is open, you can also compare how many times a player has played with another player before and after the latest change. You can also compare the pairing group total Handicap Indexes before and after the change. This is a great tool to use when adjusting the tee sheet manually while also trying to keep the pairings optimized by previous round pairings.

  • Filter: If the pairings use multiple courses or divisions, you can filter the tee sheet by course or division. To do this, click "Filter" (as shown below), select the division(s) or course(s), and click "Filter" again.
