Sometimes, you may need to re-score a leaderboard. After looking at the leaderboard, you may discover that you made a mistake in a tournament setup or discovered that someone's Handicap Index was wrong, or that there were some changes to pairings, or.... In most cases, if you change anything that would cause the tournament results to change, we will catch this and know that we need to "re-crunch" the numbers. If you make a setup change and click on "Display Leaderboard" from your Rounds tab, we will recognize there was a change and automatically re-score. But if for some reason we do not do that (if you make changes to your event/league after a round is in the completed state), and you think the leaderboard needs to be recalculated, you can always Go to Rounds > Display Leaderboard > Re-score Leaderboard.
Here is where we all need to be careful. Let's say you adjusted the leaderboard for a tournament and then tell us to recalculate the leaderboard. Do you really want us to write over your adjustments? Maybe you do, and maybe you don't. If there are tournaments with adjusted results, we ask you if you want us to re-score and over-write your adjustments. You must "check the box" to affirm that you want us to do this.
If you decide to change the setup for a tournament after you've originally scored the round, and you've previously adjusted the results for that tournament, you will get the notification above.
