In some circumstances, when pairing by previous results and the tie-breaking method is set to "Retain Ties," and ties exist on the leaderboard, the sequence in which scorecards were attested determines the players Leaderboard Order in case of ties. In these cases, the Rank by JGA method (Attestation Sequence Number) can be used to rank players with ties and also assist with creating pairings for the following rounds.
