Can I use the same email/password as a manager and golfer for the mobile app?

Q: I'm a manager who also plays in events. When I log into the mobile app as a golfer (using the same email as my manager profile), the app looks and behaves differently for me compared to other golfers. How can I ensure my app looks and functions like the other golfers app?

A: To ensure the correct functionality, whether you're managing or playing, we recommend using two separate email addresses. One for your manager profile and one for your golfer profile. This prevents any feature conflicts when logging into the mobile app.

Q: Do I need two completely separate email inboxes then?

A: Not at all! You can use the "plus one" trick. For example, if your manager email is your.email@example.com, you can use your.email+1@example.com for your golfer profile. Emails sent to both addresses will still arrive in your main your.email@example.com inbox, but Golf Genius will recognize them as two distinct profiles.
