Instead of chasing down sizes via email or managing messy spreadsheets, this integration allows you to launch a digital storefront where players select their own gifts. The system handles roster syncing, ordering, and reporting, allowing you to focus on the event/league itself.

The Value of the Integration
By linking your TM event to a Golf Shop order form, you eliminate the disconnected spreadsheets and manual guesswork that often lead to ordering errors.
Unified Roster Management: Your TM event roster is the "master list." Any player additions or substitutions you make in TM automatically flow into your ordering dashboard.
Professional Player Experience: Golfers receive secure, personalized links to select their gifts, accessible from any device, which reflects professionally on your facility.
Inventory & Budget Control: Manage quantities by size or color to prevent over-ordering, and set credit or point limits per player to stay strictly within your event's budget.
How the Connection Works
The system is designed to meet you where you are. When you click on Player Gifts within your Event menu or Registration Center, the platform automatically determines your facility's status:
New to Golf Shop? The system will help you create an account on the fly. It will even carry over your club’s logo and staff list from TM so you don't have to set them up twice.
Already use Golf Shop? You’ll be taken straight to your new order form, which will already be named after your tournament.
Returning to Golf Shop (Deactivated Accounts)? If your facility had a Golf Shop account in the past that is currently inactive, the system will recognize the existing link. You will be prompted to contact Support or your Account Manager to reactivate the account so you can pick up where you left off.
Cloning Last Year’s Event? If you copy a tournament from a previous season, TM will remind you with a small tooltip so you can quickly establish a fresh gift order for the new year.
The Management Experience
Targeted Communication
You don't need to manually email players one by one. You can send the order form to your entire roster via email or text message. The system uses unique, tokenized links, meaning each player’s choices are tied specifically to their name in your roster—ensuring "Golfer A" never accidentally changes the order for "Golfer B."
Flexible Ordering Rules
You decide how the "store" works for your specific event:
Credits or Points: Give players a specific budget (e.g., $150 or 100 points) to spend on items.
No Cost: Simply collect sizes for a pre-selected gift (e.g., a tournament polo).
Inventory Control: If you only have a limited number of a certain size, you can set a limit so the system automatically shows that item as "Unavailable" once the limit is reached.
Live Status Tracking
The Golf Shop Player Order Status page acts as your command center. You can see who hasn't ordered yet, send them a quick reminder, or even use the "Place Order for Player" button if a golfer calls the shop to give you their size over the phone.
