Messaging is easy using TourneyTeam! We recommend that you create a contact list (or a few) so that you can easily pull up the groups of people you frequently contact.

To get started:

  1. Login in to the Front Office.
  2. Click Team.
  3. In the upper-right corner, click Messaging.

To create a contact list:

  1. Click + New List.
  2. Fill out the form as desired.
  3. Enter the email addresses individually, or paste a comma separated list.
  4. When finished, click Save.

To send a message:

  1. Click + New Message.
  2. Select your recipients.
  3. Fill out the form as desired.
  4. Compose your subject and your email.
  5. When finished, click Send.
