Before you can use the Tourney Machine registration system, you will need to set up payment collection.

  1. In the upper right of your screen, click Admin.
  2. Click Manage Registrations.
  3. Indicate whether you accept credit card, cash/check, or both.
  4. Indicate whether you want to pass the processing fee along to registrants by checking Upcharge Processing Fee on Registrations.
  5. Enter your Contact Information.
  6. Click Save.
  7. If accepting credit card payments, click the Manage Easy Merchant Plus link at the bottom to set up a merchant account.
