NOTE: Adding contacts will automatically opt your volunteers in for email notifications, but not text notifications. Volunteers may sign up for text notifications via the Public Results Page.

Once the teams are added to an event, you can enter contact information.

To bulk edit team contacts:

  1. Access the Tournament.
  2. Click Divisions.
  3. Click Bulk Edit Team Contacts.
  4. Fill out the information for each team.
  5. When finished, click Save Changes.

 To add team contacts to an individual team:

  1. Access the Tournament.
  2. Click Divisions.
  3. Select the division you'd like to work with.
  4. Click Teams.
  5. Select the team you'd like to work with.
  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and add the contact information for the coach, assistant, and/or the manager/team rep.
  7. When finished, click Save.
