Signing up (joining an existing company)

Find here the steps for your registration to an existing company

  1. Click Sign Up

  2. Complete your first name, last name, e-mail and check the “I accept the Terms & Conditions of Use” box. Click OK.

  3. Check your inbox. You should receive a new e-mail titled Trace One Network; Your registration is in progress. Click the Click here link contained in the e-mail.

  4. You are redirected to a new page. A message titled Set your password is displayed. Follow the instructions and click Log in to set your password.

  5. Enter your password in both text fields to confirm they are identical then click Save

  6. Select your company in the Select your company drop-down menu. You can type the first letters of your company name to find it faster in the list

  7. Select your role in the Role drop-down menu

  8. Click OK

  9. Your request is sent to your Company administrator. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail when your request is validated.
