Click 'Enable Live Overlay' from the Live Overlay page in the Desktop App
Make sure your game window is in Borderless Windowed Mode
To enable the overlay, you need your game to run in Borderless Windowed Mode and not full screen.
Start your session
Start your session as usual. You should see the Live Overlay on the screen once you start driving.
Find and position the overlay
Once the overlay is enabled and visible, you can move it around to your liking by clicking in the centre and dragging.
To resize the Live Overlay, click in the top right corner and drag to resize to your liking.
Start driving
Start driving, and the overlay will show your pace and other metrics. There are several options in the Live Overlay to compare against, including:
Overall, the community's best lap
Your session's theoretical best lap
Your session's overall best lap
A lap 10% better than yours
A lap 20% better than yours
A lap 30% better than yours
*Live Overlay does not work in VR or on mobile.
