Is there a free trial?
The community membership is free forever. You can try out the benefits of all paid memberships through a 7-day free trial. This works for the Plus, Premium and Ultra Memberships and the Setup subscription. You can cancel anytime within the 7-day free trial.
Are my card details secure with Track Titan?
We have processed thousands of payments securely with Stripe, one of the biggest payment processors in the world. Stripe stores your payment details and we never get to see them.
How can I cancel my membership?
Simply go to the settings page on the app and manage your subscription there. You can upgrade or cancel your subscription at any point without any input needed from us.
What payment methods are accepted on Track Titan?
You can pay with most major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal payments and subscriptions.
Where can I get the setups subscriptions?
Setups and setup subscriptions for ACC, iRacing, AC, and Le Mans Ultimate are also available from the setups page, from the menu item 'Car Setups'
Please note - the Ultra Membership also includes setups.
Can I use Track Titan for free?
Yes! Each month you have 50 laps for absolutely free.
Certain additional features such as detailed data access for high-quality reference laps are available as part of our Plus, Premium and Ultra memberships.
