Overview

Track123 Shopify app supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), which lets you query your shipment data directly inside AI tools like Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, or any other MCP-compatible client.

Once set up, you can ask your AI assistant questions like:

"What's the status of order #1012?"
"Where is tracking number YT2516700702469873 right now?"
"Has order #1045 been delivered?"

The AI will call Track123 in real time and return tracking information — no manual lookups needed.

Setup (2 steps)

Step 1 — Copy your MCP config from Track123

In the Track123 app, go to Settings → API & Webhook. Scroll down to the AI Integration (MCP) section. Your personal MCP config is already pre-filled with your API key and store info — just click Copy.

Step 2 — Paste into your AI tool

Open your AI tool's config file, paste the copied config, and restart the app.

After restarting, track123 will appear as an available MCP server in your AI tool.

Three ways to look up an order:
