Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including address details and contact information, to ensure successful order fulfilment.
2. Payment Processing

Customers can securely make payments for their purchases directly on the vendor's store using debit cards, bank transfers, or USSD payments.
Trackbudi employs industry-standard encryption to safeguard payment information.
Payment Management for Vendors
Vendors can access and withdraw all payments made through their stores via their Trackbudi wallets, providing a seamless and streamlined financial process.

4. Intellectual Property

User-Generated Content: Vendors retain ownership of the content they upload to Trackbudi, granting Trackbudi a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute this content on the platform.
Automated Delivery System: Trackbudi offers an automated delivery system exclusively to vendors operating in select locations. This system streamlines the logistics process, managing all deliveries from order fulfilment to final delivery, providing real-time tracking and milestones for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Customer Information and Communication: Vendors can save and access customer information within the Trackbudi system. This allows for effective communication, such as sending out blast messages for re-marketing purposes and maintaining customer engagement.
Limitation of Liability: Trackbudi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
