Thank you for shopping with a Trackbudi Vendor. We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please review our returns policy for buyers:

Important Note: 
Please be aware that the following conditions are solely applicable if the vendor has explicitly stated that their product is eligible for returns. Should the vendor's products not be eligible for returns, it is understood that all sales are final. In such cases, if a return request is initiated, it will be subject to the vendor's approval or disapproval.

Trackbudi Vendor will intervene solely to assist in mediating a resolution in the event that communication between the vendor and the buyer encounters difficulties. However, it is imperative to note that the final decision regarding returns rests with the vendor, particularly if their products are not designated as returnable.Β 

Return Window: You may request a return within 72 hours from the completion of the delivery and handover of the item.

Eligible Items: Most items are eligible for return. However, please note that there are exceptions, including bu\t not limited to:

  • Used digital products

  • Opened electronics without a fault

  • Opened underwear and intimate apparel

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods with limited shelf life or expiration date

  • Gift cards and vouchers once purchased

  • Intimate apparel for hygiene and safety reasons

  • Hazardous materials such as chemicals, flammable substances, or pressurized containers

  • Software licenses and digital downloads once provided

  • Items explicitly labeled as "final sale" at the time of purchase

Return Shipping: As a buyer, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the seller has agreed to bear these costs due to a fault on their part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item not as described).

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method used for the purchase by the vendor. Please allow 1-2 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
