  2. Double-Check Phone Number: Ensure you entered the correct phone number during the verification process. If it is incorrect, try the step below.

  3. Correct Phone Number: If you find an error in your phone number, use the 'back' button on your mobile phone to go back to the previous page, and input the accurate digits associated with your account.

  4. Still No Code? Contact Customer Support: If the issue persists, and you haven't received your verification code, use the floating icon on your mobile screen to start a chat with our support team. We're here to assist you promptly.
