Before You Begin
Ensure your bank account information is correctly linked to your Trackbudi Vendor account. You can check and update this information in the 'Wallet > Add Funds' section of the app.
Steps to Withdraw Funds:
Open the Trackbudi Vendor app and log in using your credentials.
Tap on the "Wallet" section. This section displays your current account balance and transaction history.
Locate the "Withdraw funds" button. This button is located directly on the wallet screen
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and review fees. For users on the free plan of Trackbudi Vendor, and with Paystack wallets attached, withdrawal fees apply. This is typically 1.5% of your withdrawal amount, + ₦100 capped at ₦ 2,000.
Input your destination bank account. This typically involves inputing the bank account you want the funds transferred to, if you haven't set this up already.
Review the withdrawal details carefully. Double-check the amount, account information, and any applicable fees.
Confirm the withdrawal. Once you're satisfied with the details, tap the "Withdraw" button to initiate the process.
Processing Time
Trackbudi Vendor typically processes withdrawal requests instantly. However, it may take an additional 24 hours for the funds to reflect in your bank account depending on the amount withdrawn and your bank's processing times.
Additional Information
You can track the status of your withdrawal request within the "Transaction History" section of the app.
