Trackier integrates with HubSpot to fetch lead data and update conversion statuses from pending to approved, simplifying lead management and attribution

Overview

Trackier allows you to integrate with HubSpot and automatically fetch lead data from HubSpot into Trackier. By default, all conversions will be fetched from HubSpot to Trackier and marked as 'Pending Status'. Once they are explicitly approved, the status of these conversions will be changed to "Approved" on the Trackier dashboard.

Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration, ensure you have:

  • Access to your HubSpot account

  • HubSpot Account ID

  • Campaign created on Trackier

  • Click ID field configured in HubSpot forms

  • Campaign goals/KPIs created in Trackier

  • Required permissions enabled for integrations

How to integrate HubSpot with Trackier?

  • Navigate to the "Automation" section within the "Integration" tab, where you will see the "tools" option.

  • From there, you can select "HubSpot". In case you don't have access to the tool, please contact your account manager for the same.

  • From your HubSpot account, retrieve the account ID. Place that ID inside the configuration page under the "Hubspot" integration.

  • Trackier stores all the leads via click ID. Hence, you are required to mention the click ID field, through which Trackier will attribute the leads.

  • According to your HubSpot form stages, map your campaign event's KPIs /goals. The stages will be automatically fetched based on the data present on the HubSpot form. You would just be required to align them with your goals.

  • Once you do that, authorize your account with HubSpot by choosing the account and linking it.

Hubspot Form

  • When creating a form on HubSpot, make sure you include a click ID, which you will find inside the contact property. Ensure you make it a hidden property that will be automatically fetched once the user fills out the form. Trackier will track the click ID for each user, which is unique for each user, and the details will be displayed on Trackier.

  • You can also include utm_medium or utm_source, which you can find inside the contact property itself.

Notes:

  • All synced leads are initially marked as Pending in Trackier.

  • Lead status changes to Approved only after explicit approval.

  • Incorrect Click ID mapping may result in attribution failures.

  • The Click ID field is mandatory for proper lead attribution in Trackier.

  • Keep Click ID mapping standardized across forms

  • Use consistent naming for goals and stages

  • Validate lead attribution after setup

  • Regularly review Pending leads/conversions

  • Test integrations after making form changes

  • Regularly monitor synced lead data
