With Track Statuses you indicate which phase a Track is in. This helps you maintain overview, create reports, and streamline processes. Think of phases like Lead, Active, Paused, or Completed.
You can find the status settings via Workspace settings > Track Statuses.
What are Track Status Groups?
Track Statuses are divided into fixed status groups:
Lead — For potential Tracks in the early phase
Onboarding — For recently started trajectories (affects pricing)
Active — For ongoing or active trajectories (affects pricing)
Paused — For temporarily suspended trajectories
Completed — For successfully finished Tracks
Cancelled — For discontinued or cancelled Tracks
Archived — For historical or closed trajectories
Each group has its own color and meaning. You can create one or more specific statuses within each group.
Adding new statuses
Go to the relevant status group via Workspace settings > Track Statuses.
Click the plus icon next to the group.
Give the new status a name, for example Intake pending, Introductory call, or Support extended.
Optionally adjust the color.
You can then set these statuses manually on a Track.
Archiving a Track
To archive a Track, set its status to any status that belongs to the Archived group. All statuses within this group count as archived — it does not matter which specific status you choose.
Archived Tracks are not included in your active overview and are not visible in standard filters. You can still find them using the Archived filter.
Why use Track Statuses?
Track Statuses are useful for:
Overview — see at a glance where each trajectory stands
Automation — start or stop workflows based on status
Reports — filter by status groups like Active or Paused
Pricing models — certain statuses like Active or Onboarding can affect your pricing
