Managing Members in Trackler

In Trackler, you can manage who has access to your workspace. You can invite members, assign them roles, and control whether they have limited or full access.

You’ll find this under:
Settings → Members


Setting up an open invitation

Want to invite new members easily? Use the open invitation option:

  1. Choose whether the user should be a Light user (limited access)

  2. Select an existing role (or create one first)

  3. Click “Generate invite URL”

  4. Share the link with the right people

You need to create a role before you can generate an open invitation.


Roles & permissions

Each user is assigned a role that determines their access level. Examples include:

  • Super Admin – Full access to all workspace settings

  • Coach – Access to Tracks and clients

  • Light user – Limited access, e.g. only to reports or specific content

You can manage roles separately via Settings → Roles & Permissions.


Managing the member list

In the member overview, you can see:

  • Name and profile photo

  • Assigned role

  • Status (e.g. “Member since 24 Jun 2025”)

Use the ⁝ menu next to each user to update their role or metadata or remove them from the workspace.
