Track Settings
You can manage all Track settings via the gear icon in the top-right corner of a Track. Clicking it opens the settings menu with the following sections:
1. General
In the General tab, you manage the basic details of the Track:
Track Title
Set or edit the name of the Track (e.g., “Coaching John”).Track Design
Select a preset design or template for the Track.Status
Assign a status to the Track (e.g., “Active”, “Awaiting intake”).Tags
Add one or more tags to the Track. Tags can be used later to filter Tracks or trigger Workflows.Archive Track
Closes the Track—still visible, but no longer editable.Delete Track
Permanently deletes the Track and all related data. This action is irreversible.
2. Members
In the Members tab, you control who has access to the Track:
Track Leaders – coaches or facilitators
Trackees – participants in the program
You can:
View current members
Manage roles (Trackee / Track Leader)
Add or invite people
Enable open invitations
3. Shared Documents
In the Shared Documents tab, you’ll find all files shared within this Track:
Photos and videos
Documents
4. Metadata
Use the Metadata tab to store additional internal info for the Track, consisting of:
Key (e.g., “Cohort”)
Value (e.g., “Fall 2025”)
Metadata is only visible internally and can be used in Workflows or reports. Trackees never see this information.
