Track Settings

You can manage all Track settings via the gear icon in the top-right corner of a Track. Clicking it opens the settings menu with the following sections:

1. General

In the General tab, you manage the basic details of the Track:

  • Track Title
Set or edit the name of the Track (e.g., “Coaching John”).

  • Track Design
Select a preset design or template for the Track.

  • Status
Assign a status to the Track (e.g., “Active”, “Awaiting intake”).

  • Tags
Add one or more tags to the Track. Tags can be used later to filter Tracks or trigger Workflows.

  • Archive Track
Closes the Track—still visible, but no longer editable.

  • Delete Track
Permanently deletes the Track and all related data. This action is irreversible.

2. Members

In the Members tab, you control who has access to the Track:

  • Track Leaders – coaches or facilitators

  • Trackees – participants in the program

You can:

  • View current members

  • Manage roles (Trackee / Track Leader)

  • Add or invite people

  • Enable open invitations

3. Shared Documents

In the Shared Documents tab, you’ll find all files shared within this Track:

  • Photos and videos

  • Documents

4. Metadata

Use the Metadata tab to store additional internal info for the Track, consisting of:

  • Key (e.g., “Cohort”)

  • Value (e.g., “Fall 2025”)

Metadata is only visible internally and can be used in Workflows or reports. Trackees never see this information.
