What Are Widgets?

Widgets are blocks on the Track Board that display information from active apps in a Track. They help you give context and structure to a coaching journey—like upcoming meetings, notes, or forms.

Examples of widgets

  • Meetings – shows upcoming sessions

  • Forms – displays open or completed forms

  • Notes – shows session notes

  • Programs – tracks progress within a program

Add a Widget to the Track Board

You can add widgets through the board edit mode:

  1. Click the ⚙️ settings icon at the top right

  2. Choose ‘Edit Track Board’

  3. A black edit bar appears at the bottom

  4. Click ‘Add App +’ if you haven't added the app yet

  5. Then click the ‘+’ tile on the board to add a widget from an active app

Set Board Visibility (View as Someone Else)

In edit mode, you can view the board through the eyes of a user.
Click on a user (e.g. yourself or a Trackee) in the black bar to preview how the board will look for that person.

This is useful to check visibility settings of individual widgets.

Set Widget Visibility

When configuring a widget, you decide who can see it:

  • Everyone – visible to all roles

  • Only me – only visible to you

  • Only Track Leaders – visible only to coaches

  • Only Trackees – visible only to the participant

Use this to tailor what different users see.

Adjust Widget Size

Each widget can be displayed in:

  • Small – compact view

  • Medium – default size

Use the size icons at the bottom of the widget to switch formats.

Edit or Remove a Widget

Click the gear icon on a widget to:

  • Adjust visibility

  • Change the size

  • Delete the widget using the trash icon
