TrackStat integrates with Fortis and Cash Practice to streamline payments, reduce no-shows, and simplify your daily financial workflows all connected directly to your EHR.
TrackStat does not currently support other payment processors such as CT Pay, Square, or others.
What This Integration Does for Your Office
Prevent no-shows with a paywall: Require upfront payment for services like massages or new patient visits. Payments post automatically to the patient's account.
Track treatment and payment plans: See which patients are behind on payments and when their next visit is scheduled. Send a payment link to update their card or collect what's owed.
Manage memberships: Identify patients who aren't scheduled for their next visit, or who are booked for more visits than their membership covers.
Daily Appointment Report: See expiring cards, missing payments, insurance details, and balances for every patient on today's schedule all in one place.
Quick Invoices: Generate invoices based on services rendered, make quick edits, and send a compliant payment link directly to the patient.
Effortless credit card updates: Recently switched to Fortis? Send a text or email blast to collect updated card info. You can also see which patients on today's schedule don't have a card on file.

Step 2: Manage Memberships and Review the Appointment Report
Once your processor is connected, your Appointment Report and All Patients report will include columns to help you manage patients on a treatment plan. You can track payment status, upcoming visits, and membership usage directly from these reports.
Step 3: Send Invoices to Patients
Creating an invoice
Open the Patient Card by clicking the patient's name in any report.
Click the "$" icon or select "Generate Payment".
Add services to the invoice:
If no services are listed, manually add them by selecting from the service list.
Enter a custom amount (e.g., $50) or leave it blank to charge the full service amount.
Click Preview to review how the invoice will look.
Click Generate Invoice to create the payment link.
Send the link to the patient via text or email.
If the patient already has services in your EHR
Select the existing services from the list.
Click to generate and preview the invoice.
The patient receives a link and can pay directly.
Note: Generated invoices may take up to 30 minutes to appear in the "Quick Invoices" section of Fortis.
Step 4: Require Payment for Online Scheduling
Go to Extra > Scheduling > Settings.
Select Visit Purpose.
Choose the appointment type you want to enable payment for and click Edit.
Check the box for Charge patients for visit.
Confirm that the appointment type is assigned to the correct provider.
When a patient books online, they will enter their information and submit payment. The appointment will be confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.
FAQ
Where can I find a declined transaction report?
TrackStat does not have a declined transaction report. Declined transactions are handled and tracked by your merchant processor, not by TrackStat. Your merchant processor can provide detailed reports on all transaction statuses, including declines.
